In an effort to deliver peace of mind we require and run criminal background checks on every tenant and employee at 75 Armory.  If a prospect or potential employee doesn’t pass the background check then they are not allowed to live or work at 75 Armory.

The web is the lifeline of today's student and getting settled into the college routine is hectic enough; so we've taken the headache out of having to set up internet service.  At 75 Armory your student's apartment will come with high-speed internet already connected and ready to be tapped into.
Online leasing, rent payments, and maintenance requests can also be made via our online portals!

We know moving your son or daughter off to college can be both physically and mentally exhausting so we wanted to do our part in helping to make it a little easier.  All of our units come fully furnished with modern functional furniture.  All you need to do is bring their personal items like linens, computers, and dishes.
